FINDING HOPE AND ENCOURAGEMENT TOGETHER 
Exercise and stretching are important for everyone, but especially critical for us with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, depression and their related - overlapping conditions.  

Even on those days when we barely can lift our heads, we have to TRY to get SOME exercise everyday. You need to know your body and your limits, though, so as to not send yourself into a flare-up.
